Employee salary information (earning more than 100k per annum)
All trusts must publish annually on their website the number of individuals (if any) whose benefits exceed £100k per year for the previous financial year. Benefits include salary, employers’ pension contributions, other taxable benefits and any termination payments. The publication will also include where an off-payroll arrangement is made with someone who is not an employee.
As an academy, Tall Oaks Academy has the freedom to set its own pay scales, however it has always operated under a guiding principle that pay will be in line with national pay scales for teachers. Teacher, support staff and leadership pay is reviewed annually by the Trustee Board.
