Tracey Bowman
I have been a primary school teacher for over 35 years and until recently I was the Executive Headteacher of three schools in Lincoln. I have worked in several roles as Interim Headteacher in different schools filling in at the last minute as and when needed. I still work in primary schools on a consultancy basis working on school improvement projects and Headteacher performance management. I sit on the Independent Review Panel for the Local Authority following appeals processes and I am the Chair of Governors for two special schools. I am also Vice Chair of my local Parish Council.
I'm delighted to be involved with the Tall Oaks Academy Trust as I am passionate about schools providing the best quality education for all children and young people. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge working in a range of different schools and looking forward to working with all stakeholders in the Trust.
